7x77 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7x77 platform and all of its services. This document forms a legal agreement between you ("User") and 7x77 ("Platform", "we", "us").

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the 7x77.lat website and all related services.
• "User" means any person who has registered on or is using the 7x77 platform.
• "Account" means the user's personal registered profile.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance of an account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, cashback or amount provided free of charge.
• "Stake" or "Bet" means the amount of money used to participate in any game.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These terms must be read together with 7x77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Together they form the complete agreement. In the event of any conflict, these terms will take precedence.

The following conditions must be met to use the 7x77 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You must be legally capable of participating in online betting and gaming.
• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use — managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• 7x77 may request documents at any time to verify age or identity. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.

To create an account on 7x77, you must provide accurate and complete information. 7x77 reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false or incomplete information.

3.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per national ID or passport)
• Active email address
• Mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Date of birth
• Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — BDT)

3.2 Password and Security

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If your information changes, update your account immediately. 7x77 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

The rules for financial transactions on 7x77 are detailed below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all methods)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit; otherwise there may be a delay in processing the funds.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals will be processed subject to investigation.

4.3 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails, contact us within 24 hours via live chat or email. Keep screenshots of your transactions.

7x77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own applicable terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• This bonus has a wagering requirement of 20x (bonus amount × 20).
• Withdrawals directly from the bonus cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can join our VIP program. There are three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Players can move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation. The benefits of each tier are subject to change.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as creating multiple accounts, collaborative betting or system manipulation — 7x77 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.

The following rules must be strictly followed for all types of bets placed on 7x77.

6.1 General Betting Policy

• Read the game rules carefully before placing a bet.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 7x77 is not liable for losses caused by any technical fault or internet disconnection.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, winnings may be held until an investigation is completed.

6.2 Sports Betting (Cricket)

• The results of all sports bets will be finalised based on the designated official source.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the refund of bets will be considered based on the circumstances.
• Specific rules for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or other tournaments will be published separately.

6.3 Live Casino Games

Live casino games take place in real time. In the event of any error, the decision of the dealer or game manager will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7x77 platform. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts — only one account per person is permitted.
• Registering with false information — use of fake identity or forged documents.
• Money laundering — using the platform for any form of money laundering.
• Fraudulent betting — system hacking, use of bots or any automated tools.
• Collaborative cheating — multiple individuals working together to manipulate bonuses or games.
• Using a third-party account — accessing another person's account or playing on their behalf.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour — demeaning support staff or other players.

8.1 Use of Information

• Errors from third-party software or payment providers.
• Losses resulting from sharing your account password with others.
• Any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9.1 Right to Modify Services

7x77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services, game collection, or offers at any time. An attempt will be made to provide prior notice, though this may not be possible in all circumstances.

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in the account will be arranged for withdrawal before closure, provided all conditions are met.

10.2 Closure by 7x77

7x77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• If prohibited activities described in Section 7 are committed.
• If account information is found to be false or fraudulent.
• If age verification fails.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (as per the terms of service).

12.1 Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the legally applicable version. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.
